‘The Met Office has been working with ALT and Andy Marshall for about 18 months on our current Inclusion project. We were searching for an organisation that could help us move towards a fully inclusive culture where ‘great minds don’t think alike’ and everyone is able to contribute. Andy reviewed our working culture and designed workshops and resources that enable colleagues to identify the behaviours that prevent an inclusive environment - that are discriminatory or exclusive, and to understand how to challenge these behaviours in the workplace.
Andy is fantastic to work with. His experience and expertise provide a great sounding board and check for defining realistic outcomes. He was responsive and proactive through the review, design and development process and continues to be so through the delivery of the workshops. His style is engaging, energising and creates the environment that enables learners to fully participate, share their own stories and commit to action.’
