I have 25 years in Trade Unions in several global contexts, most recently 14 years in the UK. I have over 10 years of experience managing teams, and building strong campaigns though finding strengths were people saw weaknesses. I have led union strategies on equality, diversity and inclusion, education and health and safety, all adding to my unique expertise in people-centred culture that delivers for employees and employers alike.
