Summary
Stacie-Lea Standing is the founder of NorthStar Advocacy, a specialist SEND and neurodiversity advocacy service supporting children, adults and families across the UK. With qualifications in SEND law and extensive experience navigating education, healthcare, social care and disability systems, she helps individuals understand their rights and access the support they need.
Alongside her professional expertise, Stacie brings significant lived experience as a neurodivergent parent to six children, four of whom are neurodivergent. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between people and systems, raising awareness of the barriers faced by neurodivergent individuals and championing more inclusive approaches across education, workplaces and communities.
Through her advocacy, speaking and awareness work, Stacie is passionate about creating practical change and ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to be understood, supported and empowered.
