Property has always been part of my world. My family have invested in the North East for years, and growing up around it showed me early on how property, when done properly, can create long term security, income, and freedom.
I’m originally from Darlington and now live in Middlesbrough, which are the two areas I focus on most heavily today. I invest in these locations myself because I know them well, understand the streets, the tenant demand, the opportunities, and the areas to avoid.
Through KHZ Properties Ltd, I work with busy professionals who want to grow wealth through property but simply do not have the time, desire, or headspace to manage everything themselves.
