As employee #4 and Head of People & Culture at Loadsure, I built and led the global People function from a blank slate, embedding values, policies, and practices that supported the company’s growth across the UK, US, Europe and LATAM. I’ve led restructures with compassion and fairness, designed frameworks for performance and professional development, and overseen compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
