I work at the intersection of leadership development, decision-making and structured thinking.
In fast-paced environments, decisions are often made quickly, without the space to properly reflect. My focus is on introducing simple, practical ways to support clearer thinking and more deliberate action.
This led me to create The Clear Path — a structured 50-card mentoring deck used by coaches, leadership teams, HR functions and recruitment professionals to support reflection, decision-making and development conversations.
The deck is designed to be used both independently and within professional contexts, offering a repeatable way to bring clarity and structure to how decisions are made.
I’m particularly interested in how tools like this can support better decisions, more intentional leadership and stronger outcomes over time.
