Summary
Senior leaders and founders rarely struggle because they lack ability. They struggle because the weight of decisions, people and performance increases faster than the thinking space around them does.
I work with senior leaders, founders and SME owners when things have become more complex than the role prepared them for - helping them think more clearly, decide more confidently and lead more effectively under real pressure.
My approach is direct and grounded. I bring 34 years of cross-sector commercial experience, including board-level advisory and NED roles, into every coaching engagement. This isn't coaching built on methodology alone. It's built on having been in those rooms.
I've supported over 5,500 professionals across the UK and internationally, working across sectors including professional services, financial services, law, media, manufacturing, technology, hospitality and founder-led SMEs.
I'm an ICF PCC Executive Coach, Chartered Manager (CMgr FCMI), Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Member of the Institute of Directors.
I also co-founded the Law Coach Collective, supporting lawyers and legal teams with the leadership and performance challenges facing the profession.
