Summary

Cold Spring is a CHRO / People & Culture Director service, providing Board and Executive level HR & People support to organisations and their Leadership on a fractional, interim or contract basis.  Primarily operating within Professional Services sectors (Consulting, Finance, Legal etc.), engagement can be on an external consultant or internal resource basis.  I founded Cold Spring on the principle that a key success factor in devising an effective HR & People Strategy is the knowledge gained via the ‘social capital’ of working across several companies, seeing what works and what doesn’t for them.  It’s this dynamic knowledge transfer that helps create bespoke solutions that benefit the business and support employees, something which is considerably more difficult to foster within an in-house permanent role.
