Does your working environment support you to try new things with the potential to "fail" and learn from your mistakes? In turbulent times, organisations need to be fostering agility and big thinking through a culture of psychological safety; supporting their people to develop a growth mindset and tap into that neuroplasticity I talked about the other day. That doesn't mean that people can just keep making the same mistakes over and over without accountability, but it does mean that, when the time is right, we're supporting our teams to develop and grow.
