Support includes Employee Relations, performance management, absence, difficult conversations, policies and processes, talent and succession, organisational change, manager capability, engagement and culture.
You can work with me on an ad hoc basis when something comes up, or through ongoing retained support if you want someone who really gets to know your business and your people.
And importantly, no call centres and no being passed from person to person. You work directly with me, as an extension of your team.
