Have you remembered to report the Gender Pay Gap within your company this week?

The Gender Pay Gap is the average difference of pay due to a persons gender.

If your company has over 250 employees at the end of the snapshot year, you must use the Governments services to report Gender Pay Gap within your Company.

For most Public Authority Employers this must be done by the 31st of March 2022.

For Private, Voluntary or all other Public Employers, this must be done by the 5th of April 2022.

Your report must include:

The average hourly Gender Pay Gap.

The percentage of Men and Women who received bonus pay.
