As a manager you want to be:
↳seen
↳heard
↳drive results
However, THIS is your reality;
❌instructions are not being followed
❌your team are resistant to change
❌engagement and morale has dropped significantly
So, before you tackle the issue, I want you to ask yourself these questions:
➔do you know each individuals strengths and weaknesses?
➔how about you, do YOU take constructive criticism well?
➔have you ever adjusted your leadership side to suit your team and encourage high performance?
