When the nervous system feels rushed or monitored, it becomes protective.

Clarity and steadiness create safety.

And safety is what allows the body to soften and respond.

Your body isn’t resisting you.

It’s responding to how safe it feels and it communicates that all the time.

What supports this process?

Time. Support. Softness.

 

Not force.

Not pressure.

 

Just the right conditions for the body to do what it naturally knows how to do.

So the real question is:

What conditions are you willing to create where life feels welcome?
